Since its founding in 1993, Cabrini Connections, Tutor/Mentor Connection has built a community of youth, volunteers, friends and alumni engaged in an on-going process of building networks of support for inner city youth and the non-school tutor/mentor programs where youth and adults connect with each other.   We are one of the few forms of volunteering in America that connect so many people from high poverty neighborhoods with adults, organizations and learning opportunities beyond the invisible boundaries of poverty.  A bequest allows you to realize your philanthropic goals and guarantee the vitality of this unique community for future generations.
