Cabrini Connections was launched in 1993 Since then, more than 525 low-income, inner-city teens have participated in one to seven full years of one-on-one tutoring, mentoring and group learning activities.

After 15 years, we now have a pipeline of youth ranging from entry-level 7th graders to 2005 and 2006 college graduates who were in 7th and 8th grade when they first joined Cabrini Connections.

• 58% of these teens have been in one-on-one mentoring for two or more years.
• 36% (169 teens) have participated for three or more years.
