Cabrini Connections is a program that combines one-on-one tutoring and mentoring with a variety of group learning activities.
Volunteers come from a variety of different businesses, professions as well as local colleges and universities. The role of the volunteer is to be a mentor, tutor, coach, friend, advocate who helps teens build aspirations -- and do the work--- that leads them through school and into future jobs and careers.
In addition to one-on-one mentoring/tutoring sessions, held every Wednesday and Thursday, Cabrini Connections provides a variety of group learning activities that are designed to build social, team-building and leadership skills and encourage an interest in arts, technology and social service.
